However, should you find it difficult to provide the 24-hour notice, please be aware that a $50 “No Show” fee will be applied for missed appointments. Please note that arriving 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time also falls under the “No Show” category. We kindly request settling any no-show fees before scheduling a new appointment. Your cooperation ensures a smooth and positive experience for everyone.

If you’ve already paid for a procedure but need to cancel, we won’t be able to offer a refund. However, we’ll gladly add a credit to your account, giving you the flexibility to use it at a later date when it’s more convenient for you.

We also want to assure you that your satisfaction is important to us. If, for any reason, you experience an adverse reaction to a product purchased from us, you can return it within 7 days of purchase with the receipt, and we’ll provide you with in-office credit.
